Guidelines

We wish we could sponsor every animal in need of life saving treatment, however we have our limitations.

These are some guidelines when picking your nominations.

• Animals suffering from life threatening parasitic diseases
  
  • Including but not limited to heartworm, ehrlichia, babesia, anaplasmosis
    
• Future prevention compliance
  
• Age of Animal
• Prognosis

Process

Nominate your friend, family member, or client below and OLP will contact nominee directly

To receive sponsorship nominee should agree to:

• Provide estimates created by their veterinarian for cost of treatment
  
• Provide veterinarian information including name, address and phone number
  
• Share their story on our social media
  • **NOTE** Names can be changed
  
• Share photos of Pet wearing our Cornerstone tag, to be shared on our social media
  
• Keep pet on preventative medications in the future OLP will pay veterinary clinic directly
  

**If your nominee is not chosen, you will be contacted and your nominee (if eligible) will be placed on a wait list for sponsorship**
